If you have bending elbows and closed shoulders this drill may be the right one for you! This drill was invented by me years ago out of necessity. I realised that the reason the arms are bending and unstable in overhead position of the handstand is problems with adduction, external rotation while flexing of the humerus/shoulder joint. The rubber/elastic band provides a solution, so the handstand position becomes way cleaner. The trainee can than understand the position better and train with better form. Some problems in handstand training cannot be solved solely by stretching or strengthening/practising , and this is one of them! Try it out yourself and share it with people that need it!
